Turquoise set by Chloe Maxwell

This turquoise and honey flux glaze combination highlights a soothing blend of soft turquoise tones contrasted against the unglazed stoneware base. The interplay between the matte stoneware and glossy glaze creates a balanced yet dynamic visual effect. The textured surface and fluid glaze transitions enhance the handmade character of the pieces.

• Clay body: Keanes midfire 33
• Watered down Honey Flux inside the mugs and cups x2 poured
• Textured Turquoise x3 over the top
• On the outside of mugs and cups painted 3x Honey flux and Textured Turquoise x3
• Bowl was x3 painted Honey Flux and then x3 painted Textured Turquoise
• The outside was hand painted a flec white glaze that I unevenly did 3 coats to give it more of a rustic look
• Fired to Cone 5.5
